John Legend will be performing at the Governors Ball after the Academy Awards on Sunday, March 2. The Ball is the official Oscars after-party, and will no doubt feature a star-studded guest list.
“John Legend is one of the industry’s most innovative and talented artists. We’re thrilled he will be joining us to celebrate this year’s achievements in film, and for what promises to be a most memorable evening,” Jeffrey Kurland, chair of the Governors Ball, says in the official statement.
Legend, who recently performed the National Anthem at the Rose Bowl, will be performing in front of 1,500 guests at the Ray Dolby Ballroom immediately following the award ceremony.
