Milk Studio's MADE Fashion Week offered a sampling of the hottest Spring/Summer 2013 menswear collections around on Sunday, featuring designers like Rochambeau and a variety of styles ranging from Antonio Azzuolo's athletic look to Public School's edgier ensembles.
Among the stand-outs were designer Carlos Campos, whose vibrant Spring 2013 collection was inspired by the modern designs of Spanish architect and sculptor, Santiago Calatrava. "Calatrava is known for taking a minimalist approach, creating impressive spaces and structures while keeping those spaces open and clean," said Honduran-born Carlos Campos. "These vast open spaces yield the perfect 'clean canvas' to showcase the energetic bursts of color that this collection offers." Featuring oversized collars and elongated sleeves, Campos' architectural pieces were colored by a crisp palette of watery bluesh, lush earthy greens and warm golden yellows that radiated positive energy (pictured).
Illesteva sunglasses, worn by celebrities like Daniel Craig, Rihanna and Linda Evangelista, turned out an entire musical spectacle fashioned in 1920s style, replete with The Eyal Vilner Big Band featuring Dida and Ame dancers (pictured at the top), to showcase the best of their lines.
