CBS’s midseason thriller Intelligence premiered at Comic-Con this morning, followed by a panel discussion with stars (and Comic Con vets) Josh Holloway (Lost), Meghan Ory (Once Upon A Time) and Marg Helgenberger (CSI).
Holloway plays Gabriel, a spy who has a microchip in his head that makes him a human computer. As such, he needs protection – in the form of a hot, young woman, of course. Ory plays his Secret Service agent, though she assured fans at the panel that her staring role in the new series does not mean that her character Ruby/Red Riding Hood is dead on Once Upon a Time.
“Red never died, Ruby never died. She is around somewhere. I like to think she is running around in the woods. So, I think we’ll be seeing her again,” Ory said.
For Holloway, Intelligence is a dream project. “It’s a dramatic thriller with hot, strong women characters. It has a mixture [of] James Bond, Bourne, Mission: Impossible. I grew up always wanting to play a secret agent of sorts,” Holloway reportedly told the fans.
Intelligence premieres Monday, Feb. 24 on CBS.
