'Twilight Forever: The Complete Saga' On Blu-Ray Box Set Is Every Fan's Dream

Twilight Forever: The Complete Saga 10 Disc set on Blu-Ray and Digital Ultraviolet includes the complete Blu-Ray set of the Twilight movie franchise and an abundance of special features. This all-inclusive set contains all five films and all previously released special features as well as over two hours of brand new, never before seen special features, including previously unreleased behind-the-scenes content and new interviews with the cast fans know and love.

The Twilight Saga, adapted from the fantasy, young adult book series by Stephanie Meyer, is composed of five features that dominated the box office from 2008 to 2012 and earned legions of fans around the world (known as Twihards). And, it notably launched young actors Taylor Lautner, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart into super-stardom, not only giving a face to a new generation of actors but also giving young girls everywhere the dreamboats to plaster all over their bedroom walls.

And, it’s really not a surprise. From the very beginning of Twilight (2008), the romance between vampire Edward Cullen (Pattinson) and human Bella Swan (Stewart) embodies the fantasy of young, true love. Bella, quiet, awkward and alone, is swept off her feet by Edward, a mysteriously handsome boy in her biology class. She quickly realizes that he has a secret: he and his family are a family of vampires who live by drinking the blood of animals (instead of people). Add in a werewolf best friend, Jacob (Lautner), and you’ve got yourself a love triangle that defined 2000s pop culture. Whether you were Team Jacob or Team Edward, you couldn’t help but be sucked in by Edward and Bella’s immortal and everlasting love story.

The special box set allows you to re-live their love story from the very beginning. And, you can see the relationship, and the films, grow from movie to movie (and director to director). The first film, Twilight (2008), directed by Catherine Hardwicke, follows the origins of the Edward/Bella love story. The second, The Twilight Saga: New Moon, from director Chris Weitz, showcases Bella’s first experience with heartbreak and re-introduces Jacob as a fully formed, viable love interest for Bella and marks the debut of the Volturi – the cruel vampire rulers.

The third film, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (directed by David Slade) furthered the highly-debated love-triangle that became synonymous with Twilight and delved deeper into the supernatural world of werewolves. Finally, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 and Part 2 (Bill Condon) round out the story, with [SPOILER ALERT] Bella marrying Edward, turning into a vampire and giving birth to a human-vampire hybrid who is destined to be Jacob’s soul mate. It’s a dizzying roller coaster of love and loss.

But, The Twilight Saga isn’t all teenage love and shirtless hunks. Every installment, especially Eclipse and Breaking Dawn – Part 2 feature remarkable fight sequences, giving Lautner, and the cast playing the rest of the Cullen clan, Ashley Greene, Jackson Rathbone, Kellan Lutz, Nikki Reed, Peter Facinelli and Elizabeth Reaser, the opportunity to show off their athletic prowess.

Over the course of the four films, the beloved cast grew to include Maggie Grace, as vampire Irina, Jamie Campbell Bower, Michael Sheen and Dakota Fanning as members of the Volturi and Mackenzie Foy as Renesmee, the vampire-human child of Edward and Bella. In fact, among the many special features available in the 10-Disc set is a behind-the-scenes featurette on the casting of Foy and how the young girl, cast in the role when she was only 11-years-old, spent her time bonding with the cast on set.

The box set also contains deleted scenes, cast and crew interviews, footage from the red carpet and a commemorative photo album. Not to mention, the Digital Ultraviolet copies of the films that allows you to upload the movies onto your computer or electronic device. Super fans never have to be without Twilight ever again.
