Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West attended the CFDA Fashion Awards, where West presented the Fashion Icon Award to pal Pharrell Williams. Kardashian, who just announced she is expecting her second child, showed no signs of a baby bump in a her custom made sheer gown from Proenza Shouler designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez. The highly embellished gown featured feathered shoulders and dramatic eyeleted cutouts. Kardashian paired the dress with matching stiletto sandals and ditched all jewelry, save for her engagement ring, to ensure all focus was on the dress.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star revealed she picked the dress because it made her feel comfortable, saying, “I wanted something slimming, obviously, something that made everything feel right in all the right places. There’s always so much to it, but I love the process.”
