Zoe Saldana Gives Birth to Third Son, Zen

Guardians of the Galaxy and Avatar actress Zoe Saldana announced via social media she has given birth to her third child, a baby boy.

Saldana and her husand Marco Perego named the boy Zen. Saldana has been married to Italian artist Perego since 2013.

“Marco and I are elated to share the news of the the birth of our son Zen. We couldn’t feel more blessed with the new addition to our family. #threeboys… oh boy!” Saldana wrote in an Instagram post on Saturday.

The message accompanied a photo of newborn Zen with his two older brothers — twins Bowie and Cy, who were born in 2014.

Saldana did not offer any other details about the baby’s arrival, including his birthdate.
