High School Musical fans can rejoice. Vanessa Hudgens? Not so much. While promoting his latest film Charlie St. Cloud, Zac Efron, 22, declared "[I’m] not gonna get married for awhile," he told Extra Tuesday night. "I think I’ve always said I’m not gonna get married till I’m 30. I’m gonna wait. I wouldn’t want that kind of commitment or pressure at this point."
This may come as a shock to many considering the fact that he’s been dating his HSM co-star Hudgens for five years – meaning a courtship of eight more years for the 21 year old actress. The two met on set and have been inseparable ever since. They have even been called a mini Brad and Angelina by press.
But Efron does have a lot to look forward to in the future – the star currently has six film roles in development, as well as a handful of TV projects. –ELENA COX

Maybe they should try dating a few other people before deciding that their first serious relationship is the last one they'll ever be in.
I agree, I think it's a smart idea that Efron wants to wait ... what's the rush anyways? He and Hudgens are together all the time, they're practically married.
