Zac Efron Goes Shirtless For ‘Neighbors’ Trailer

Zac Efron shows off his ripped upper body in the new trailer for his upcoming film Neighbors, which also stars Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse.

In addition to grilling shitless, Efron also dons a Robert De Niro (circa Taxi Driver) disguise, workout gear, a Civil War military jacket and a bathing suit in the first trailer for the comedy, in which he plays a rowdy frat boy. In Neighbors, Efron’s fraternity moves next store to a young couple – played by Rogen and Byrne – who are parents to an infant daughter.

An all out war ensues between the frat and the family next door, which more often than not sees the college boys coming out on top. Not only does one frat member have sex with a girl on the side of their porch and the fraternity throw bash after bash, but the frat steal the airbags out of the neighbor’s car and reconfigure them to launch Rogen out of his office chair.

Originally titled Townies, Neighbors is directed by Forgetting Sarah Marshall filmmaker Nicholas Stoller. Lisa Kudrow and The New Girl’s Jake Johnson also star.

Neighbors is slated to hit theaters May 9, 2014.
