Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster recently split up with her husband David Foster and moved out of their massive 11,622 square-foot Malibu home.

And now, she’s taken to Instagram to post her feelings.

“First day of the rest of my life” her photo of a phone says, adding the hashtags “”DefiningMoment,” “NewBeginnings,” “OneFootInFrontOfTheOther,” and “HomeSweetHome.”

Earlier this month, the Fosters had announced their split, and Yolanda told Us that the pair believed “wholeheartedly that we did our best.” She said that her diagnosis of Lyme disease in 2012 played a role, according to Watch What Happens Live.

“Chronic long-term illness is extremely challenging,” she said. “Not only for the person sick but for the caregiver. It for sure changed the dynamic of the relationship.” She also told host Andy Cohen “We had a beautiful love story that I will cherish forever. Unfortunately it was not strong enough to withstand the circumstances that came our way.”

Yolanda thus far has been seen to be very optimistic about her split. She also posted a photo of her daughter Gigi Foster, who models for Versace. The photo is captioned “No beauty shines brighter than that of a kind and gracious heart… Keep reaching for the stars my love!! #ProudMommy.” She also posted a picture of her other daughter Bella Foster with fashion icon Karl Lagerfield, captioning it “<3 Most exciting moment for my baby girl with Fashions biggest icon… #DreamsDoComeTrue #HardWorkDoesPayOff.”
