The world’s tallest man, Sultan Kosen, met the world’s shortest man, Chandra Bahadur Dangi, in London on Thursday to celebrate the 10th annual Guinness World Records Day.
Kosen, 31, stands tall at 8-feet and three inches, and he became the world’s tallest living man in 2009. Dangi, 74, meanwhile, is the shortest adult ever encountered by Guinness, and measures a mere 21-and-a-half inches (or one foot, nine-and-a-half inches). Dangi was named the shortest man in the world by Guinness in 2012 at the age of 72 – he was the oldest person to ever be declared the shortest person in the world.
