There’s someone royal in the state of Denmark! Prince William and Kate Middleton, also known as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, were in Copenhagen Wednesday to oversee the packing of aid to East Africa during a visit to the UNICEF Supply Division center. The supplies will be shipped to help an estimated 13 million people suffering from a food shortage in East Africa.
William and Kate weren’t the only royal couple lending a hand. Denmark’s Crown Prince Frederik and Australian-born Crown Princess Mary, who married in 2004, pitched in to help hundreds of thousands of Somalis who are feeling drought and uproar in their home country and are in grave danger of starving.
