Will Ferrell plays Roald Dahl on the latest episode of Drunk History.
After having a few too many drinks, Lucius Dillon tells the story of Roald Dahl on Drunk History, while Ferrell acts and lip syncs. The story begins with Dahl as a fighter pilot for the Royal Air Force during WWII. Ferrell, portraying Dahl, is then shown sitting happily in a little, toy plane, and lip syncing Dillon’s narrative to perfection.
Dillon continues to describe how Dahl came to be an author when he returned home from the war as an invalid, and then how he was recruited as a spy for the British Security Council.
Watch the video below to see Ferrell capture the essence of Dahl as Dillon “tears a pretty good yarn” about the infamous author.
