Alternative rock band Wilco has moved their tour originally scheduled for this year to 2021 as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to keep concert venues closed.
The band is set to perform several shows in Europe in June before moving on to tour the United States. The tour is scheduled to begin in Spokane, Wash. on August 5 and travel throughout America before hitting its final stop in Welch, Minn. on September 18.

Wilco is bringing along fellow rock band Sleater Kinney for most of its American tour. The only exceptions are the final shows on September 16, 17 and 18. On September 17 and 18 the band announced that they’re going to bring along folk group Trampled By Turtles.
The band’s upcoming album, Summerteeth is set for release on November 6 and is available for pre-order now. Jeff Tweedy, the leader of Wilco, is releasing a new book called How To Write One Song on October 13. If you have missed seeing Tweedy live during quarantine, you’re in luck as the musician is doing two livestream events for the release of the book on October 13 and 14.
