Super Bowl Sunday is coming up this weekend, where the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers are predicted to play an exciting game.
The Chiefs’ presence at the Super Bowl this year comes as no surprise, as they won the Super Bowl against the Philadelphia Eagles last year. The 49ers, however, haven’t been in the Super Bowl since 2020 and haven’t won one since 1994, making it 30 years since their last win.
Leading the two teams will be Chiefs head coach Andy Reid and 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan.
Though the main event is the football match, many of those who watch or attend the Super Bowl are there for the musical performances, and some even for the commercials.
This year, Reba McEntire is set to sing the national anthem, while Post Malone and Andra Day sing “America the Beautiful” and “Lift Every Voice and Sing,” respectively, at the pre-game show. Headlining the Halftime Show will be Usher.
As for commercials, Jeremy Renner‘s ad with Silk is set to air on Sunday, showing how much progress he’s made since recovering from the snow plow accident last year. Others who have graced and will grace the advertising screens are Patrick Stewart, Tom Brady, Vince Vaughn, Jason Momoa, Jenna Ortega, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kris Kardashian and Kate McKinnon, among others.
Last year, Rihanna revealed her second pregnancy during the Halftime Show.
