Despite ending his five-month relationship with Scarlett Johansson only last month, Sean Penn was spotted enjoying a day at the beach in Malibu, Calif. on the Fourth of July weekend with a new woman. The brunette has only been identified as Stacey Koplin, and not much else is known about her.
The two were spotted on a run together and taking a ride on jetskis, with a shirtless Penn, 50, showing off his toned body, and Koplin covering up in a green minidress. For more than a week now, the rumored new pair has been seen all over town, doing everything from running errands to jogging and holding hands.
Penn reportedly ended his relationship with Johansson in June because he was unwilling get into a serious relationship so soon after his 2010 divorce from Robin Wright. After pursuing Penn, the Iron Man 2 actress Johansson (whose own divorce from Ryan Reynolds was finalized in late December) briefly even moved into Penn's Malibu home. But soon, speculation was rife that all was not well, when Johansson was noticeably absent from the premiere of Penn’s latest film, The Tree of Life, at the Cannes Film Festival last month. Reps for the actors soon confirmed that they had called it quits.
As well as dating Johansson, Penn was also recently romantically linked to NYPD Blue star Garcelle Beauvais.
