Who Is Kelvin Hayden, Taraji P. Henson’s Fiancé?

Over the weekend, actress Taraji P. Henson got engaged to her boyfriend of two years, Kelvin Hayden.

She shared the news on her Instagram, she says that she “almost passed out” when he dropped on one knee.

Hayden is a former football cornerback. He played college football at the University of Illinois. He was then drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the second round of the NFL Draft in 2005. Hayden also played for the Atlanta Falcons and the Chicago Bears.

Hayden now owns his own gym, Karpa Deem, in Chicago.

The two both have children from previous relationships.

Henson and Hayden have been relatively private when it comes to their relationship. They only announced their relationship in December of 2017.

“I’m not the type to blast my personal business. But, you know, I think that’s important for people to know. I’m happy. I’m very very happy. I just am,” she said in an interview with Essence. “And you know, we’ve been together for two years. No one would really know that because I don’t really blast my info like that. But I’m very happy.”
