Jennifer Garner is dating CaliGroup CEO John Miller.
“They are casually dating but it’s not serious. He hasn’t met her kids,” a friend told People.
Graner, 46, shares Violet, 12, Seraphina, 9, and Samuel, 6, with her ex-husband Ben Affleck. Garner and Affleck only recently finalized their divorce, three years after announcing they were ending their 10-year marriage in June 2015. The two started dating in 2004 and married in 2005.
Miller, 40, was also previously married to violinist Caroline Campbell. The two have since divorced. He’s now the CEO and chairman of holding company CaliGroup.
“Jen has been wanting to move on and now when the divorce is finalized, she finally can,” People‘s source said. “She has had no choice but to be patient since Ben needed to finish his rehab treatment. But she was ready to sign the papers.”
“Jen doesn’t want to be single for the rest of her life, so she is open to dating,” the insider added. “She has been on dates, but it seems she isn’t serious about a guy. As always, she is mostly focused on her kids and her job.”

Garner and Affleck still spend time as a family and co-parent even after filing for their divorce and separating. They two took their kids to see Hello, Dolly! on Broadway in July.
Affleck was dating Saturday Night Live producer Lindsay Shookus, 38, for over a year until they split in the summer. The Oscar-winning actor was then linked to 22-year-old Playboy model Shauna Sexton for two months before they broke up this month.
