Who Is Casper Smart, J-Lo's New Boy Toy?

Jennifer Lopez didn’t waste any time this Thanksgiving crying over her recent divorce from singer Marc Anthony. Instead, taking a page from the romance rule books of such stars as Madonna and Eva Longoria, the singer / actress / American Idol judge spent the holiday in Kauai, Hawaii cozying up to a younger man — Casper Smart, 24, a backup dancer on her new tour.

Though Lopez, a three-time divorcee, had recently been rumored to be with People’s Sexiest Man Alive of 2011, Bradley Cooper, those whispers quickly died down and now she’s been spotted with Smart twice — once cuddling up after this year’s American Music Awards, where she made quite a splash in a sparkly, nude body suit during her performance, with dancer Smart literally at her right hand; and in then Hawaii over the holiday, accompanied by her twins, Max and Emme, according to Us Weekly.

The Los Angeles-based Smart, who has previously had dancing roles in Glee, How I Met Your Mother, and the feature film, Step Up 3D, is reportedly great with Lopez’s kids, a source told the magazine. “He was twirling them around and doing flips with Emme, and she seemed very comfortable with him. Jennifer got a chance to sit back and relax while Casper took over and played.”

While it looks like things are heating up between the two, Lopez has said in the past that she will be cautious about new romances, for her kids’ sakes. “Until I’m in a really serious relationship, because of the babies, I’m not really gonna be commenting on my personal life,” she recently told Ryan Seacrest. Nevertheless, a source confirmed Lopez and Smart's couplehood last week, just months after she and Anthony’s split. “Yes, they are dating and having a good time. They’ve been getting more open with their flirting for weeks,” a source told People.
