Belle, who dated pop sensation Joe Jonas between 2008 and 2009, joins the ranks of contemporary beauties Jessica Alba, Mila Kunis and Scarlett Johansson by making the list. Though she may be just shy of household-name status, Belle has been behind the camera since she was nine months old, when she was placed in commercials.
