Who Is #1 NFL Draft Pick Caleb Williams’ Girlfriend, Alina Thyregod?

Caleb Williams landed his spot on the Chicago Bears football team as their number one NFL draft pick. The 22-year-old collegiate football player played for three years, one for the Oklahoma Sooners and two for the University of Southern California Trojans.

During the 2024 April NFL draft, the new Chicago Bears quarterback revealed his girlfriend, Alina Thyregod, at the celebrated event. Williams began posting Thyregod on social media in November 2023 and hid her face in the photos. Thyregod appeared in several of Williams’ posts, though the football player kept her identity hidden.

Thyregod keeps her social media presence limited. Her TikTok account shows only 12 videos, and her Instagram account is set to private.

Williams and Thyregod made their first public appearance at the draft. The couple was photographed at the event, with Thyregod sticking close to his side. She wore a long, flowy silver dress, while Williams wore a navy blue Chrome Hearts suit. Along with Thyregod, Williams’ parents, Carl Williams and Dayne Price, came to support him.

Before the draft, Williams hinted at Thyregod’s appearance on X. 

“Wait till y’all see draft day suit and my ladies dress. 1 of 1s,” he wrote.

In January 2024, Thyregod posted a video to her TikTok, launching her relationship with Williams. In the video, Williams jumps on Thyregod’s back, with the couple laughing and smiling. Thyregod also posted videos of her preparing for the draft day event.

At the draft, Thyregod was seen embracing her boyfriend after he signed with the Bears. Thyregod posted about the event on her Instagram Stories with the caption, “Go bearssss!”
