A Wheel of Fortune contestant missed out on an easy $7,100 after butchering the pronunciation of word “Flamenco.”
Jonny, the contestant, would have been able to take the cash home, as well as a trip to Europe, if he had correctly completed the phrase “Flamenco Dance Lessons.”
Unfortunately host Pat Sajak buzzed him for the wrong answer, due to the fact that Jonny named the exotic pink bird “flamingo” instead, the buzz put the contestant into a state of disbelief.

The contestant made it easy for his rival, Ashley, to complete the phrase correctly, which gave her the money and the trip to Europe.
Odds were not in Jonny’s favor as this was the second time he missed out on the prize money over a simple mistake. Earlier in the game, he was not able to guess the obvious answer on the board which was “Dog And Pony Show Me The Money.”

Viewers of the game show expressed their frustration over Jonny’s simple blunders and loss to the money.
