Vanessa Bryant shared footage from the 2015 documentary Kobe Bryant’s Muse. The clip showed Vanessa and Kobe Bryant playing at home with the couple’s daughter Gianna as well as their dog. Kobe twirls Gianna around, dances with her and cuddles her as Beyonce’s “XO,” Kobe’s favorite song of hers, plays in the background of the video.

Missing you both so much #GigiBryant and @kobebryant MUSE documentary ❤️ Even missing your “earthquakes”- (leg shakes) song is XO by @beyonce Your love is bright as ever Even in the shadows Baby kiss me Before they turn the lights out Your heart is glowing And I'm crashing into you Baby kiss me Before they turn the lights out Before they turn the lights out Baby love me lights out In the darkest night hour (in the darkest night hour) I'll search through the crowd (I'll search through the crowd) Your face is all that I see I'll give you everything Baby love me lights out Baby love me lights out You can turn my lights out We don't have forever Ooh, baby daylight's wasting You better kiss me Before our time has run out Mmm yeah Nobody sees what we see They're just hopelessly gazing, oh Oh, baby take me, me Before they turn the lights out Before our time has run out Baby love me lights out In the darkest night…

“Missing you both so much,” Vanessa captioned the post. The caption also had the lyrics to “XO,” which also played over the footage.

Vanessa’s post comes four days after the public memorial honoring Kobe and Gianna where thousands gathered to pay tribute to the basketball star and his daughter.

Beyonce kicked off the event by performing “XO,” telling the crowd, “I’m here because I love Kobe and this is one of his favorite songs.”

Vanessa later gave a heartbreaking eulogy for her husband and daughter, who died in a helicopter crash on Jan 26 along with seven others. She shared stories of her daughter’s athleticism and her dreams of joining the WNBA. She said Gianna was “very competitive like her daddy,” but that “Kobe always said she was me — she had my fire, my personality and sarcasm, but she was tender and loving on the inside.”

Vanessa called Kobe her “soulmate,” and the “MVP of girl dads, or MVD,” and spoke about the valuable lessons he left for her and their three surviving daughters, Natalia, 17, Bianka 3, and Capri, 8 months. She spoke about at least, if anything, Kobe and Gianna were together.

“God knew they couldn’t be on this earth without each other. He had to bring them home to have them together,” Vanessa said, before telling her late husband, “Babe, you take care of our Gigi. And I got Nani, B.B. and Koko. We’re still the best team. May you both rest in peace and have fun in Heaven until we meet again one day. We love you both and miss you. Forever and always, Mommy.”

The two-hour memorial also included a performance from Alicia Keys and heartfelt speeches from Michael Jordan and Shaquille O’Neal.
