WATCH: Lady Gaga & John Legend Perform At Final Biden-Harris Campaign Rallies

Lady Gaga and John Legend appeared on stage besides presidential and vice presidential candidates Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on Monday night. The music superstars offered words of support to Biden’s campaign and live musical performances for those gathered.

Just a day before the last campaign events before Election Day, the Biden campaign announced that both Lady Gaga and Legend were set to join the last of Biden and Harris’ rallies. The promise was fulfilled on November 2, when Gaga took the stage with Biden and gave a speech on the importance of voting, performing “Shallow and “You and I,” changing the lyrics to reference the Democratic candidate instead.

The American Horror Story star lampooned Trump’s history with alleged sexual misconduct in her speech, “To all the women, to all the men with daughters and sisters and mothers,” Lady Gaga said. “Everybody, no matter how you identify, now is your chance to vote against Donald Trump, a man who believes his fame gives him the right to grab one of your daughters, or sisters, or mothers or wives by any part of their bodies.”

Legend, meanwhile, appeared on stage with Harris and gave the gathered crowds piano performances of his hit songs “Wake Up Everybody,” “Slow Cooker” and “Glory” alongside Chicago rapper Common. His wife Chrissy Teigen also appeared next to her husband, with the rest of the family in tow. Legend also went out of his way to call Trump’s “plan for Black Americans,” the Platinum Plan, as “fool’s gold,” alluding to the increasing support for Trump by many rappers such as Lil Pump, 50 Cent and Kanye West. At one point, the singer went on to say, “Some of your former favorite rappers have been taken in by these lies. I think they even founded a new supergroup, it’s called the Sunken Place,” referring to Jordan Peele‘s film, Get Out.

Both events were closed out with speeches by the respective Democrat candidate hosts.
