Video of firefighters in California rescued a 30-year-old horse that had fallen into a bathtub has gone viral.

Phantom The Horse Gets Stuck In A Tub, Goes Viral

In the video, Phantom, the 30-year-old horse, is seen stuck in an outdoor bathtub, flat on her back, legs flailing as a team of firefighters move around to try to get her out as pain-free as possible.

The horse’s owner reportedly used the old bathtub as a food trough in Phantom’s stall, and Phantom tripped over it, somehow landing in the tub itself. The owner’s wife called 911, but the owner revealed to Fox 40 that the 911 operator was confused by the strange call: “The 911 operator got a little confused…She called her back and said, ‘Your husband can’t get out of the bathtub?’”

Phantom, a palomino appaloosa, was stuck in the tub for about 25 minutes and local authorities say the horse is recovering from the trauma and should be fine.
