Indonesia’s Mount Lewotobi Laki-Laki was seen spewing ash into the sky in East Flores on Nov. 13, 10 days after an initial eruption.
According to the Indonesia National Disaster Management Authority, nine people have been killed since the volcano began erupting, with more than 11,000 people evacuated and close to 50 homes and schools damaged.
Footage posted online shows the volcano erupting on Tuesday night, with a tall column of ash filling the sky on Wednesday morning.
Several airlines, including Qantas and Jetstar, canceled international flights to Bali on Nov. 12 and 13 because the volcanic ash cloud threatened safety.
