VIDEO: Police Deploy Heavy Machinery To Clear Flood Debris at Valencia Mall

Spanish police continued to clear debris and mud in the flood-hit area of Alfafar, south of Valencia, footage released on Nov. 4 shows.

The Valencia floods killed at least 217 people the previous week, local news reported.

Footage released by Spanish police shows work at the Carrefour Alfafar shopping mall.

Previously verified footage shows police officers and dogs searching for bodies in the mall and rescue crews ferrying people and animals to safety.
