Madonna went on David Letterman Wednesday night, making a regal entrance carried on hockey sticks by 10 members of the New York Rangers. When Letterman asked her if she would ever marry again, Madonna snapped: “I think I’d rather get run over by a train.” The two then went for a slice of New York pizza (Madonna had never had one).
