VIDEO: Justin Bieber Gets Birthday Kiss From Selena Gomez

Pop sensation Justin Bieber, who turns 17 today, got his birthday wish granted early on Sunday night, when he locked lips with rumored girlfriend and number one fan, Selena Gomez, 18.

The sizzling teens were caught on camera smooching outside the Vanity Fair party after The Oscars. In a short video posted by PopCandiesTV.com, Bieber plants one right on Gomez's lips. He appears to be looking at the camera out of the corner of his eye. What's more, the two wore complimentary clothing to the awards show and had their hands clasped together most of the evening.

This isn't the first time the duo have been caught kissing on camera. They were getting pretty cuddly on New Year's Eve, when they relaxed on a friend's yacht, soaking up the sun in revealing swimwear and occasionally locking lips.

While Bieber may be focused on Gomez in his personal life, he's using his birthday to spread the word about another cause dear to his heart. On the Charity: Water website, he is encouraging his fans to celebrate with him today by donating money to clean water projects. "I really want my birthday to be all about helping others. Instead of asking for gifts, I'm asking friends, family and fans to consider donating $17 for my 17th birthday to help make a change," he posted. "Did you know that about 4,500 kids die each day from waterborne disease? By building clean water project for villages that need them, we can prevent this!"

The effort has already exceeded its $17,000 goal. 100 percent of the money collected will go directly to building clean water projects in developing nations. —KIMBERLY STEELE
