To promote his new film Source Code, Jake Gyllenhaal made a quick visit to Saturday Night Live's Weekend Update to discuss his newest project with one of his own acting heroes, Nicolas Cage (Andy Samberg). In an episode that was filled with surprise cameos by everyone from Tom Hanks to Carmelo Anthony, Gyllenhaal played the straight man to Samberg's exaggerated caricature, discussing among other things, why the Oscar winner wasn't featured in Gyllenhaal's newest picture. “It has both of the classic elements of a Nick Cage movie. One: It combines time travel with screaming, and two: I’m told the actors were paid,” Cage explained. “I'm never too busy to turn out another blockduster!” You heard the man. Don't make the same mistake twice, Jake. –EMILY EXTON
