On February 1, the American Heart Association had its annual Go Red for Women Red Dress Collection concert. The event brings women together to raise awareness about cardiovascular disease.
Reservation Dog‘s Paulina Alexis, 21, wore a classic red sheath dress and a pink jeweled necklace to the event.
In an exclusive interview with uInterview, Alexis talked about what it was like being at the event.
“I am excited for the show because it’s my first time being here and it’s about women’s health and like promoting other women and looking after your health,” she explained. “A lot of people my age would not even think about worrying about their health but I’m here to be a good example.”
Alexis went on to describe what she does to stay healthy.
“Eat healthy, stay active and keep doing stuff,” she said. “I’m an athlete. I play hockey, I ride horses, I do Indian Relay. That’s what I do to stay healthy.”
