Adorable footage taken by Brookfield Zoo Chicago shows their resident animals embracing the first snowfall of the season on Thursday, Nov. 21.
This video shows an Amur tiger, a reindeer, a polar bear, Hudson, Mexican gray wolves, and brown bears Tim and Jess in Thursday’s snow.
“This natural enrichment gives the animals new ways to explore and play, while also showing off some of their unique abilities to camouflage in different seasons,” the Brookfield Zoo Chicago said.

Accumulations were slowing down as of Thursday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service, with most of the Chicago metro region receiving between 1 and 3 inches of snowfall.
