Sometimes, you just have to go with the flow. That's what NBC anchor Brian Williams must have been thinking Tuesday night as his NBC newscast was interrupted by a fire alarm from a neighboring floor. Williams was in the middle of announcing a report on American Airlines' bankruptcy filing when the emergency warning system began to sound.
After at first trying to ignore the loud noise, Williams apologized to his audience and threw to an off-studio reporter. The alarm paused but later returned — even louder than before!
