Former president Donald Trump used to set his kids against each other while they were growing up, but always favored Ivanka Trump among them.

In a three-part documentary titles Unprecedented, British filmmaker Alex Holder features interviews with Trump and his three elated children, Ivanka, Eric and Donald Trump Jr., discussing their lives together and the aftermath of the 2020 election.

The documentary showed how Trump has always tried to stimulate his children in the business world; he brought them along with him in meetings in the hope they would be inspired to follow in his footsteps.

In a 2016 documentary, Trump Reveled, by journalist Marc Fisher, it was relieved that Trump would often make his kids compete with one another.

“Every year we went skiing and it was always who would be the first one down the mountain,” Eric said.

The former president commented on the family’s competitiveness, acknowledging and comparing his children’s skills at skiing.

“Don was a wild skier, he would go though anything, but I would say Ivanka was the best skier,” Trump said.

The businessman has favored his eldest daughter many time before, praising her more than he did with his other kids.

“When he is talking about Ivanka versus any of his other children, it’s just night and day. There is a softness, a gentleness, humane aspect to Donald Trump that we never see under any other conditions,” Fisher commented.

Ivanka was appointed as one of the top executives at The Trump Organization, made multiple appearances on the TV show The Apprentice, and worked as a senior adviser to him at the White House.

“Ivanka is a very good person, she is very smart. Some people know that, some people don’t,” Trump said in the documentary.

Just last month, the House committee investigating the Capitol riot played testimony given by Ivanka back in April, despite her having moved to Florida with her family after the election to distance herself from politics. Ivanka revealed that she had “accepted” the results of the 2020 election after former Attorney General William Barr said there was no election fraud.

Trump was upset by Ivanka’s testimony. “She had long since checked out and was, in my opinion, only trying to be respectful to Bill Barr and his position as Attorney General (he sucked!),” he wrote.
