President Donald Trump found time on Thursday to insult the 16-year-old climate activist, Greta Thunberg, who was just named Time‘s Person of the Year.
“So ridiculous,” President Trump tweeted. “Greta must work on her anger management problem, then go to a good old fashioned movie with a friend! Chill Greta, Chill!”

Thunberg did not hold her response back and changed her bio, which read the following: “A teenager working on her anger management problem, currently chilling and watching a good old fashioned movie with a friend.”
This isn’t the first time when a young activist changed her Twitter bio. Back in September, after she gave a speech at the United Nations, Trump was quick to share his seemingly sarcastic thoughts about Thunberg on Twitter, “she seems like a very happy young girl looking forward to a bright and wonderful future. So nice to see!” said Mr. Trump, to which Greta responded by changing her bio to the following: “a very happy young girl looking forward to a bright and wonderful future.”
Trump faced a backlash from Twitter quickly.
Holly Figueroa O’Reilly, an op-ed writer for The Washington Post and The Guardian, said on Twitter: “Nothing like going after a young girl with Asperger Syndrome to drive home the point that you are fit for office,”
“Did you tell your horrible husband to leave @GretaThunberg alone? Peep his twitter, chick & whisper #BeBest. Maybe he’ll listen to you,” said actress Yvette Nicole Brown.
