Travis Kelce Won’t Reveal What He Yelled At Coach Andy Reid During Meltdown At Super Bowl
Footage of Travis Kelce‘s meltdown during the Super Bowl spread quickly through social media during the game.
Kelce was seen yelling at Chiefs coach Andy Reid after Reid pulled Kelce out during the first half. The Chiefs’ tight end became angered after their team fumbled the ball on the San Francisco 49ers’ side. Kelce even shoved Reid hard enough for the coach to momentarily lose balance.
Because Kelce’s words were unheard by audiences, users on X took to the platform to joke about what Kelce said.
Concerns were also raised in light of Reid’s, 65, age. However, Reid joked about the situation to reporters in a post-match conference.
“He keeps me young. He tested that hip out . . . The part I love is that he loves to play the game and he wants to help his team win.”
Kelce also praised Reid after the game: “I got the greatest coach this game has ever seen . . . I just love him, man.”
When asked what he said to Reid during the altercation, Kelce declined to comment. “I’m going to keep it between us unless my mic’d up tells the world.”
Super Bowl LVIII marks the Kansas City Chiefs’ second consecutive Super Bowl win and their third overall.
Kelce’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift, was in attendance to witness the spectacle.
Other fans took to social media to complain about Usher’s shirtless halftime show.
