Transgender TV star Jazz Jennings celebrated losing 100 pounds over the past two years.
Jennings, 23, who stars in the TLC series I Am Jazz, revealed the milestone on Instagram. The post showed a video of her exercise program, including running, kettlebell exercises and wall sits.
“Good health is not a certificate you display; it is a constant effort!” Jennings wrote in the caption.
Jennings has frequently spoken about her binge-eating disorder. During the seventh season of her show, Jennings gained 100 pounds in two years.
“I’m ready to change my ways,” she wrote of her major weight gain.
Jennings has previously shared a lot with her audience – from her gender transition to college life.
Jennings first gained public attention as a young transgender child, as one of the youngest people to be publicly identified as transgender. Her reality show began airing in 2015. She had her gender confirmation surgery in 2017.
