YouTuber and influencer Nikita Dragun was arrested and held in a men’s jail in Miami on November 7.
According to the police report, Dragun had allegedly been “walking around the pool area unclothed” and “causing a disturbance” at the Goodtime Hotel in Miami Beach. She threw an open water bottle at security guards and police officers when they went up to her room.
Dragun’s representative Jack Ketsoyan made it clear their discontent about how the police handled her incarceration.

“The situation with Nikita, who is legally female, being placed in a men’s unit of a Florida jail is extremely disturbing and dangerous,” Ketsoyan said. “This decision made by the Miami-Dade County corrections department directly violates their protocol, which mandates that transgender inmates are classified and housed based on safety needs and gender identity.”
According to a clip from the virtual bond court, Dragun asked Judge Mindy Glazer if she has to stay in the men’s unit. “Yeah, I don’t make the rules up there,” Glazer responded. “But there should be proper accommodation for you.”
Dragun has been released on Wednesday after being jailed for a day and posting a $5,000 bond.
Brown will be accompanied by guest artists Scotty McCreery, Mitchell Tenpenny, Ashley Cooke and Dasha.
