Tracy Morgan Vomits On Court At MSG During N.Y. Knicks-Miami Heat Game

On Monday night, comedian Tracy Morgan delayed a New York Knicks game against the Miami Heat when he got sick and threw up on the court.

Stalling the game for 10 minutes in the third quarter, Morgan was taken out of Madison Square Garden in a wheelchair and missed the Knicks’ 116-95 win.

The next day Morgan posted a picture of himself hooked up to monitors in a hospital bed, his phone with a Knicks sticker laying on his chest.

He commented in the caption, “Thank you for all your concern! I’m doing OK now and doctors say it was food poisoning. Appreciate my MSG family for taking such good care of me and I need to shout out the crew that had to clean that up. Appreciate you!”

Morgan added, “More importantly, the Knicks are now 1-0 when I throw up on the court so maybe I’ll have to break it out again in the playoffs 😅 #goknicks.”

A spokesperson for Madison Square Garden issued a statement, “We hope Tracy feels better soon and look forward to seeing him back courtside.”

Knicks player Josh Hart also sent Morgan well wishes following the game. He told reporters, “First and foremost, obviously we hope everything is good with Tracy Morgan…avid, lifetime Knick fan so prayers go out to him and his health and safety.”

Morgan, 56, has suffered a variety of health issues in his adulthood, including a serious kidney transplant in 2010 and two weeks in a coma in 2014 following a car crash.

Morgan is presently working on an NBC comedy pilot with his old 30 Rock costar Tina Fey, who will executive produce the series alongside past colleagues Robert Carlock and Sam Means.

The Knicks are set to play the San Antonio Spurs in Texas on Wednesday.
