Tracy Morgan may not have taken any home an Emmy award from Sunday's ceremony, but he's taking home the girl. Morgan, 42, announced that he and model girlfriend Megan Wallover have made plans to get married. The star of NBC's 30 Rock confirmed the engagement on the red carpet at Sunday's Primetime Emmy Awards in Los Angeles. "We got engaged six months ago!" Morgan told E!'s Ryan Seacrest.
Wallover characterized the proposal as rather tame by Morgan standards. "We were in San Francisco," Wallover said. "It wasn't anything crazy. He was on bended knee."
His marriage to Wallover will be Morgan's second. In 2009, he divorced his wife Sabrina, with whom he has three sons, after 23 years of marriage.
Rumors had circulated that Morgan was engaged to Tanisha Hall, the woman that allegedly donated a kidney to him, after a report on MediaTakeOut made that claim. Reps for Morgan, however, confirmed that it was Wallover — not Hall — that he was engaged to, the Huffington Post reports.
