Tori Spelling, The Daughter Of Billionaires, Considers OnlyFans To Fund Children’s College Expenses

Actress Tori Spelling recently discussed on her podcast that she might get an OnlyFans account to help cover the college expenses for her five children.

Spelling, who shares her kids Liam, Stella, Hattie, Finn, and Beau with ex-husband Dean McDermott, revealed this plan in a conversation with guest William Shatner, 93, on her misSPELLING podcast.

In their discussion about co-parenting, Shatner mentioned the high costs of higher education, which prompted Spelling to say, “I’m gonna have to go on OnlyFans in order to get them into college.”

Shatner asked Spelling to explain what OnlyFans is, and the Beverly Hills 90210 alum said, “So OnlyFans is a site I guess, originally, it was more women in the field – not sex workers – but along those lines, but now actresses do it.”

Shatner asked, “When you say not sex workers, but along those lines, they either are or they aren’t.”

He added, “They’re either putting out, or they’re not putting out. They’re putting out, they’re looking for sexual adventures – yes?”

Spelling explained to Shatner the evolution of the platform, which has expanded beyond its initial focus on adult content creators to include a diverse range of content. “It’s changed a lot,” she said. “Now there’s comedians on and there’s chefs on, and it’s videos, and people pay, it’s like, you could subscribe, but a lot of actresses do it now, and they show things.”

Spelling’s consideration of an OnlyFans account comes amid her well-documented financial struggles. She has previously stayed at budget hotels and RV parks in Ventura County, California, and even held an estate sale in 2016 to settle an $80,000 bill for 50 storage units she could no longer afford. These financial difficulties have also played a role in her ongoing divorce proceedings with McDermott, as both parties are seeking spousal support from the other.

As the costs of higher education continue to rise, some celebrities have turned to unconventional methods to fund their families’ futures, and Spelling‘s consideration of OnlyFans is a reflection of the financial pressures many parents face.

Many fans have questioned why Spelling, the daughter of the late billionaire producer Aaron Spelling, has not been bailed out by her oligarch mom, Candy Spelling.
