Tori Spelling Forced To Evacuate Rental Home After Neighbor Takes A Hostage In A Police Standoff
Tori Spelling’s housing troubles appear to be escalating – Spelling and her kids were forced to evacuate their Los Angeles rental home after a neighbor barricaded himself inside his home with a hostage.
When police arrived, the neighbor allegedly made threats to shoot officers with a rifle. A SWAT team was then called to respond to the hostage situation at around 9:06 a.m. on Wednesday. The police ultimately took the suspect into custody with no one harmed.
This isn’t the first of Spelling’s housing troubles.
The reality star and her kids had to move out of a different rental home following a mold infestation in May.
Spelling and her children briefly lived in an RV. She posted numerous photos from the RV park, sparking a wave of sympathetic comments from fans. Many wondered why her multimillionaire mom, Candy Spelling, wasn’t doing more to help her.
Other issues Spelling has faced this year include a divorce from her husband, Dean McDermott, with whom she shares five kids, and a hospitalization in August for an undisclosed reason.
