Tori Spelling posted an unexpected photo with her family celebrating New Year’s Eve. The Instagram post showed Spelling with her husband Dean McDermott and their five children, Liam, 15, Stella, 14, Hattie, 11, Finn, 10, and Beau, 5.

The family posed in the lobby of a California hotel in front of a decked-out Christmas tree. The gang sported various designer clothing, including the little one in a Gucci tracksuit and another kid in a Commes de Garcons t-shirt.

“New Year 2023,” Spelling captioned the post. “About last night. Celebrated as a family.”

Their celebratory photo comes just after tabloids reported the 49-year-old has settled at least one of her debt lawsuits after being sued by American Express Centurion Bank in 2016 for unpaid credit card bills. The actress had racked up over $87,000 in debt before paying it off in April 2022.

She also faced a lawsuit from Citibank for over $5,000 of credit card debt in 2018. McDermott and Spelling faced another lawsuit from City National Bank for failing to pay back a $400,000 loan in 2017.

Spelling was seen without her wedding ring last year.
