Toni Braxton Postpones Concert Due To Lupus Complications
Toni Braxton finds herself in the hospital yet again for complications related to lupus.
TONI BRAXTON HOSPITALIZED AGAIN FOR LUPUS ISSUES
Braxton, 49, opened up about having the autoimmune disease in 2010, and made headlines in 2012 when she was hospitalized. She was in Cleveland for a concert on her current tour when she was taken to the hospital. On Oct. 3, Braxton was hospitalized and remained there for four days while she recuperated.
This time, her boyfriend rapper Birdman, 47, flew from New York where he was touring, to be by her side.
Her official twitter page released a statement.
“Toni Braxton was hospitalized this afternoon in Cleveland due to complications with her Lupus. Unfortunately her show tonight in Cleveland will need to be postponed. Lupus needs to be constantly monitored and this minor setback should not affect the rest of her tour.”
