Brazilian fashion model Gisele Bundchen wished her NFL star husband, Tom Brady, a happy 45th birthday on Instagram.
Bundchen, 42, shared a smiling photo of Brady in his Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ uniform with their two children Vivian Lake, 9, and Benjamin Rein, 12.
Brady’s third child, John Edward, 14, who he shared with ex Bridget Moynahan, 51, was not featured.
“Happy birthday to one of the most focused, disciplined and fashionable person I know!’ began the supermodel.”
“@tombrady you are so loved and we are always here cheering for you and wishing you all the most wonderful things in life! ❤️,” finished Bundchen.
Back in July, Brady wished his wife a happy 42nd birthday on Instagram.
The photo included Bundchen smiling in a nude dress in an outdoor venue.
“Happy Birthday @gisele. Enjoy your special day and I know this year will be your best year yet ❤️. Thank you for inspiring me with your honesty and authenticity,” wrote the quarterback.
The couple began dating in 2006 and got married in Santa Monica, California in 2009.
