Toby Sheldon, Who Spent $100,000 To Look Like Justin Bieber, Confirmed Dead

Toby Sheldon, the 35-year-old who spent over $100,000 to look like Justin Bieber, was found dead last week, his representative confirms to People.

Officials found the Botched star’s body last Friday in a Motel 6 in California’s San Fernando Valley. Officers found drugs at the scene, but an official cause of death has not been determined, according to TMZ.

Sheldon, a German whose real name was Tobias Strebel, went missing on Aug. 18. The LAPD told E! News that the disappearance may have been triggered by a breakup with his boyfriend.

“This is very unusual for him to be missing. He hasn’t done anything, not shown up for no reason, no note or anything,” his friend Mel Espinoza told ABC7 Sunday.

Sheldon, who also appeared on My Strange Addiction, said it was the whole package that brought him to Bieber: “the full cheeks, the full temples, the bright open eyes, the full luscious lips, and spatial framing… [he’s] just extraordinarily beautiful,” he said on the show.
