The 52-year-old country star and actor, Tim McGraw, is feeling better and stronger than ever and it’s all because of his daughter Gracie.
McGraw revealed that in 2008, he felt he was at the zenith of his career, with a long list of country hits and a few roles in major movies. But it was his appearance in a Vince Vaughn and Reese Witherspoon movie called Four Christmases that led to how he looks today. During the interview with Men’s Health magazine, McGraw reveals that after his daughter watched it, and noticed that her dad looked a bit big. He weighed 215 pounds at that time.
“I got out of it for a while,” McGraw said. “I was in the prime of my career, and I wasn’t capitalizing on it.”
“Humble and Kind” singer, actively shares the post about his fitness and health journey on his social media platforms. He also has a new book titled Grit & Grace: Train the Mind, Train the Body, Own Your Life.
“This workout is my meditation,” he said. “It frees things up in your head so you can get the trash out for a little while.”
McGraw is extremely committed to workouts. He even works out with his band before every concert.
