In this week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the Housewives were alarmed when Erika Jayne defended keeping the $750,000 diamond earring she received from her ex-husband Tom Girardi, who is being sued for defrauding his law firm’s clients.
The Season 12 episode titled “The Girl With The Diamond Earrings” primarily focused on Jayne being criticized for keeping the earrings Girardi gifted her with the money he allegedly owed to clients.
“Until the judge decides, that’s it,” Jayne said of her decision.
The other Housewives said they were just looking out for the victims, while Jayne claimed to not have all the facts.
“There are dead people that money was stolen from,” said Crystal Kung Minkoff.
“I understand that people have passed away,” Jayne responded. “We need to find out what did and didn’t happen to their settlement money. That’s a different fight.”
Other hHousewives also have accused Jayne of not caring about the victims, and time and time again, she has proven that to be true.
“Why am I showing compassion for people who are dodging me for something I didn’t even do?” said Jayne. “Honey, I’m a wife that has been left in ruin.”
