With director Robert Schwentke at the helm, the film stars Shailene Woodley, Theo James, Jeff Daniels, Octavia Spencer, Ray Stevenson, Zoë Kravitz, Miles Teller, Ansel Elgort, Maggie Q, Mekhi Phifer, Daniel Dae Kim, Bill Skarsgård, Rebecca Pidgeon, Xander Berkeley, Keiynan Lonsdale, Jonny Weston, Nadia Hilker, Andy Bean and Naomi Watts.
The movie picks up with war in the air and the characters choosing sides. The film is set inside the protective walls of Chicago where people are sorted into cliques and where outside the walls, its a wasteland.
The movie is set to hit theaters March 18.
