The Church of Scientology, known for its celebrity followers like Tom Cruise and its secretive ways, has officially launched their network, Scientology TV, on Monday evening.
The networked started off with a message from the Church leader David Miscavige. “We’re not here to preach to you, to convince you or to convert you,” he said. “No, we simply want to show you, because after all, the first principle of Scientology is that it’s only true if it is true to you. So, take a look and then decide for yourself.”
The network features several different programs that are all aimed to show the inside world of the mysterious church. The network first premiered with the Scientology Network Launch Special, which showed the inside of Scientology churches, as well as brief interviews with current members.
