The misleading Twitter post refers to Cruz’s many invitations for Donald Trump to join him in a one-on-one debate, which Trump has repeatedly turned down. And then a link opens up to a video called “Donald Trump Accepts Cruz’s Debate Invitation” which starts with both his invitations and Trump’s insistence that the two have faced each other in live debates many times.
